ORDER
How can I change my order after it’s been placed?
• Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it is been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend mailing us immediately at feelthepulse7074@gmail.com upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you will get what you need.

Can I cancel my order?
• You are entitled to cancel your order, if we are notified at feelthepulse7074@gmail.com within an hour of making your purchase. We are unable to cancel orders after this period.

Returns and Exchanges
We understand that an order does not always work out.
We accept items returned within 30 days of purchase: they must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

We cannot refund shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we will give you a store credit or full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer.

If an item is faulty, you may return it at any time.  Please let us know straight away if something in your order is faulty.
