How can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it is been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend mailing us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you will get what you need.
Can I cancel my order?
You are entitled to cancel your order, if we are notified at email@example.com, within an hour of making your purchase. We are unable to cancel orders after this period.
